Decant: Not Known - Shown at the Dalva wine bar in Vila Nova de Gaia. Bottled 2011. The colour of burnt sugar; 10% opaque. Nicely integrated nose, with candied kumquat and caramel. Balanced but slightly neutral entry with the flavours developing slowly on the palate to reveal mixed citrus peel and a burst of late acidity. Another burst of acidity on swallowing, then a gentle coffee finish. There is a nice elegance to this wine. 89 points
