1992 Fonseca Vintage Port

Decant: 6 hours - Deep red centre, firm rim. Faint fruit on the nose, but very restrained. Soft fruit on the palate, showing a mix of youth and maturity. Starting to soften with age. The tannins are ripe and rounded, showing lots of promise for the future. A lovely elegance. Hot aftertaste with dry fruit on the finish. Not clear where this will end up with another 10-20 years. 86 points
