1970 Graham Vintage Port

Decant: 8½ hours - Orange rim, light red centre. Restrained nose, with some roasted chestnuts and smokiness. Rounded and velvety texture, quite thick. Generous levels of sweet fruit but perfect balancing acidity. A distinct burst of Seville Oranges on the aftertaste, then a very long and frgrant finish of red apples. Served blind this was guessed to be Fonseca 1970. 94 points
