1970 Warre Vintage Port

Decant: Not known - Oporto bottled. Mid-red, mature in appearance; 60% opaque. An unpleasant plastic edge to the nose, not attractive. Plastic red fruit on the palate, like wax coated paper sweet wrappers. Some slight milk chocolate on the finish. Simple palate, probably a spoiled bottle; certainly not typical of the way Warre 1970 should show. NR
