Decant: 7½ hours - Known to be from the Symington Family Estates group. Deep red, very youthful appearance; 95% opaque. Modest volume nose, parma violets and a nice perfume. Lovely perfumed entry onto the palate. Sweet focused fruit and very lively tannins giving great support. Nice density of fruit; nice structure and presence. Slight woodiness to the aftertaste with woody raspberries on the modest volume finish, where the fragrance lasts well but is faint. Surprisingly young port, extremely fine. 90 points
