Color: Light brown, low to medium depth, medium intensity.
Nose: Complex and elegant of violets, cherry, marsipan, valnut, spices, curry, raisins, prunes and anis.
Palate: Medium bodied, very good balance and still good acidity, follows the smell, long finish. Elegant.
Foodmatch: Alone or with nuts. Try foie gras.
Cellaring: Drink now. Maybe this will hold 10 more years but on top now.

Yummy. :D :D :D
