T-cork. No sediment. Color is a light red tinged carmel, a burnt orange. Litte alcohol on the nose and well integrated. Carmel taste, a nice nutty finish that lingers for a good 30 seconds or more. Not overly sweet with good acidity.

This was my first colheita but I throughly enjoyed it. It has quality that is different from a aged tawny that I just can't descibe but enjoyed very much. I give it 92/100.

Robert,

Welcome to the world of aged Colheita's. I fell in love with them last year on the harvest tour, where we tried quite a few. Next to aged VP's, they are my favorite and offer a great value.

I, too, see the beginning of a love affair. I also think that it will cost me lots of $$$$...
