Honey and fenugreek aromas, floral too, and slight spirit. In the mouth there is intense concentration, and it is sugary sweet with some acidity. Later there was some pear aroma, with a tiny bit of true cinnamon (not cassia). And now the acid is stronger in the mouth and finish. Fairly dry. Nice finish. 91-92 points. 108 g/liter sugar, putting it in the IVDP sweet classification.
