TN: 2004 Quinta do Mourao Rio Bom Grande Reserva Douro Red

Our last two bottles being served at a dinner during Christmas time.
Decanted 3 hrs in two decanters. Medium dark red colour with light rim. Complex aroma of berries, oak and minerals. Full body. Powerful, quite elegant, minerals were there in a clear way. Long aftertaste. These bottles performed well, but small indications that this wine is getting old. 91 pts.
