Dark ruby color. Still appears to be young. Fantastic nose of earth, chocolate, black cheery and lemon peel. A big wine! So suave and expansive. Really glyceryl. Then the fine tannins come up and keep things in check. Decent acidity. Really delicious! I'm sure that this wine will hold in this place for many years. Super!! A solid 94 points.

I’ve had a good 3+ cases of this. There is definitely two different bottlings of it. One shows a lot of unintegrated oak that isn’t getting better with age. The other shows far less oak and is aging quite nicely. I’ve yet been able to identify by label markings which is which yet.

This bottle was showing no overt oak at all.
