Less fruity aroma than the 2014 Mouchão (non-tonel version), but with deep dark fruit, blackberry, some raspberry, dried leaf spice, and maybe figs. Lots of tannic pucker here, and more dark fruit in the flavor too. So much deep flavor and tannins makes this a less pleasant wine in my opinion to drink now, but suggests even more potential with time. Give it 5-10 years. 91-92 points now.
