The BEST Portuguese Table Wine you've opened or tasted during 2021?

Every year, we ask our Forum members to share which was their TOP Portuguese table wine of the year. As it has become obvious that narrowing it down to just one bottle was next to impossible for most, please provide your short list/or by category, which still wines you found to be exceptional and stand out experiences ... in a good way, please. :scholar:

These can be young or old, ancient or otherwise, from espumante, white or red or Rose bottlings; or whatever was truly spectacular for you. Thanks for sharing! [cheers.gif]

I was really impressed with Niepoort Lote D Bairrada 2014
Niepoort Turris Douro 2012 was also quite spectacular and so young!

Runner up
Luis Seabra Indie 2018, everything from him in 2018 is really amazing
Carlos Raposo D&V 2019, what a long finish on this white wine, can't wait to see how it ages
Quinta da Costa Pinhao, Peladosa Douro 2014 Just wow! I wish I had more

David that 2015 Dona Maria "JB" was the Grande Reserva correct?

I have opened 3 so far, one of which was on of the 2 magnums I have had. Loved it!

I have a mage of the 2015 Falorca last week and it needed more time in decanter but it showed REALLY well.

Looks like you are drinking well my friend. How was the Fita Pretya in terms of its ageability?
