2005 Quinta da Romaneira Vintage Port

Medium dark in color. Coco with fruit hiding behind. Spice and big, chalky tannins on the approach and mid-palate. Some plum on the nose. Tannins also seem a little biting as they integrate on the finish. Acidity a little out of balance, perhaps? 87 points. 11/6/07
