The Port was decanted 1 hour before.

With thick dark color and scarcely border, it doesn't reveals his age. The nearly invaluable alcohol in nose, is a first good impresion. The smell is sweet, like dried fruit, ripe grapes. Then in the mouthh it comes the alcohol that make you savour all the different flavours of this Port. It isn't as sweet as in the nose. Good complex flavour that've got a long lasting. A wine to have a good time with it.

After 4 hours. The smell became more like rasin. In mouth is less alcoholic, less complex, you can feel more the fruit and it doesn't last so long.
After 6 hours. It's got more alcohol smell and has lost some of the fruit.
After 8 hours. It nearly lost all the smell. The flavour has change, it's lost his complex, some of his sweetness and start to get lost.

A nice Port to be drunk between 1 and 5 hours after open it. I hope you :ftlop: enjoy it.
