1935 Cockburn's Vintage Port

Drunk on 08 October 2008 in a Cockburns vertical in London.
1935 Cockburn
There were two 375ml bottles of this Port, and we all tried both of them by sharing glasses. Our side of the table had a bottle that showed a little older than the other side. Mostly terracotta body with a dash of red in the core. A little minty on the nose, which led to the few waves of dry figs on the palate. The alcohol on the finish was smooth, but the fruit is definitely drying out. Time to drink up if you have any bottles in your cellar.
