Thanks Eric. Glad you had the op to experience another Fortification Tour. It was a pleasure having you with us and spending time with you during a great 9 days. Many fine and memorable meals and Fortified fun times! :winepour: :yumyum: :winepour: :salute: :winepour:

I have been home for over a week. For those of you concerned about my overindulgence, I can quell your fears. Today is day eight of being home and tonight I will have my first sip of wine since returning from Portugal. It was a well deserved reprieve and allowed me to work my way and return to my pre-trip weight.

Next week, I will begin making my way through another three dozen bottles, being arranged for me here at home. These will come in tastings of three or six bottles at a time over 4-6 tastings (double blind) over three days apiece. with 24 of these, I'll then have tasted them a minimum of 8x and up to 10x a piece. That should allow me to be accurate enough for a written report. :scholar:
