Friday, 23 Oct. (Palacio da Bolsa)- great 2007 Vintage tasting

I´ve to aplaud Jorge Alves (Quinta do Tedo enolog) he made two distinguish Vintages: the 2007 Tedo and the Saavedra 2007.
The first one a blend from the 15 hect very fruity and creamy, pulpy... the Saavedra made with the old vineyards (80years) 1,5 hect (aprox. 1800 btls) seemed older, with ripe fruits taste, vegetable, and more tanins than the first, with a huge capacity to improve in bottle, I appreciate it a lot.

The Vintage 2007 Fonseca was for me the most remarkable, dark color, full body, explosiv and smooth at the same time and with a silky aftertaste, elegant tanins... the traditional Vintage quality from Fonseca (let it age...a lot).
