This comes in a neat looking, albeit difficult to stack, narrow square 500ml bottle with a waxed top. After almost 2 weeks of taking around 200 notes in Portugal it was nice to come home, open this bottle, enjoy it over four days, and take no serious notes. I do have some impressions though.

Over the course of four days this evolved from a thin and very hot VP to a pleasant mid-weight bottle with moderate amounts of blueberries and some pronounced mint. The heat did subside quite a bit, but even four days later there was still a significant amount left. I don't think this will ever fully integrate and blow off completely and was it's only major flaw in an otherwise nice VP. 88 points

Nice Port and one that hopefully will mellow with age. I agree that it has a bit too much heat at the moment. Hopefully this will integrate as this ages, which I believe it will, from other examples I've had of older Kopke vintages.
