For The Love Of Port

My last bottle of this well made Douro white wine from Kopke. It still retains lots of pear and citrus fruits with plenty of minerality. I wasn't sure how this would hold up with a little cellaring, but this bottle was every bit as good as prior ones.

The grapes that made this were harvested 29 months ago - did you really think it would already be past its prime?

This is a serious question - I don't drink white wine so have no idea

Lets just say some white wines age like freight train going off a bridge that has collapsed.
