:clap: to both of these ladies--a good example of what the American dream can still be. (And of course I am glad to see examples of women who are succeeding and thriving in the world of wine).

Yes, it is good to always see more of these success stories. Both here in the USA and Portugal, I am pleased to know women who are running their own show in the wine biz. Years ago, it was just a bunch of well-paid pretty blondes pitching commodity wines to restaurant and wine shops accounts and the ultra-rare VP of a distributor or Nat'l Account exec, in an open-minded part of the country. It is nice to see the evolution where women are given the chance to achieve everything they are capable of, whether that is winemaker or owning a wine group or even a marketing firm with many winery accounts. It is all good.
