Porto wine shops (Douro cantina's)?

I am heading to Porto this week. It's not my first trip, but I am a new member and I wanted to see if anybody had any good ideas for new wineries/cantina's to visit.

I have been looking for a good place to buy well priced vinho tinto in Porto! Especially Quinta do Cotto Grande Escolha, some of the Crasto old/single vineyards, and Barca Vehla.

Also, does anybody know of some good shippers? I live in the EU and can ship more easily than the US.

Thanks.

Lou

AVEPOD has some very nice things from producers you won't find anywhere outside Portugal. Maria Teresa is super nice so let her know you found out about them from FTLOP. I got to see her last October when I was there and I look forward to seeing her (and the shop) again when I head back later this year during harvest. They sell from the Co-Op's so it will be mostly stuff you've never heard of before. But tell her you're tastes and she'll point you to some very nice bottles that don't get press because they are a very small producer, yet make some nice stuff, and at some pretty cheap prices too.

Other than AVEPOD, it's really hit and miss. Honestly prices tend to me more there than what you can buy them here for (except at AVEPOD). So I'd recommend doing your homework on pricing before you go.
