Bottled in 2009. Tasted over two days. Nose of hazelnuts and brown sugar. A soft entry on the straight forward palate, with chestnuts, maple, and brown sugar. A hollow mid palate with some spirit that roughens it up a bit on the clipped finish. Though the spirit did mellow a bit on the second day. Enjoyable, but lacking grip, complexity, and finish needed to take this to a higher level.
