Out of curiousity, I understand Belgium,Netherlands and Luxemburg as Benelux. Pardon my ignorance, buts what does the D-A stand for? I'll make a fool of myself by guessing Deutschland and Austria?

no fool. You are absolutely right. Deutschland and Österreich. I know: you british and american people live in Port-paradise. But here's sometimes some Port too :lol: .
