I have on tap a Dow's 30 year Tawny (b. 2019) for the holiday weekend.

Also a 1977 Delaforce VP I just saw a touch of seepage starting so that will be next on death row as well.

1995 D'Oliveiras Colheita Madeira (medium dry) is the current plan.
How will this pair with desserts?

Generally speaking, your wine should be sweeter than the dessert.

So, if you have tried the wine before, you should be able to decide if it will work.

It is a very nice port I have had multiple times over the last 3 years.

We've decided to go with pulled pork this year instead of turkey, so I will go with a younger ruby style for the meal with a 2013 Quinta do Portal LBV and then I will either open a Andresen 1982 colheita or 20 anos Bulas for afterwards.
