Bottled 2019. After having checked with Dirk Niepoort regarding decanting time, we increased the decanting time to 2 hrs. That worked well. Yellowgreen colour. Powerful and pleasant fruity aroma with elements of nice minerals. Medium body. Inviting, elegant and fresh taste of fruit with a distinct portion of minerals. Quite dry in style. Well-structured Douro white with nice acidity towards the end. One point up as a result of the decanting time. 94 pts.
