Delaforce '75 sticks in my mind as possibly the worst bottle from a major shipper for a declared year that was not obviously faulty.
But there are some good (if not stellar) wines from '75 - Croft, Graham & Taylor are usually very sound - not sure about Fonseca & Warre - the Dow is very weak..

I'll second the Messias 1985. I should have been a little suspicious when they were selling it for $9 a bottle! If you count LBV's, I've had some dreadful Calem LBV's. I also had an abominable Fonseca Guimarasens, I can't remember the vintage. I had it when I was just starting out with port and even then I knew it was awful.
