1995 Quinta do Passadouro Vintage Port

Open nose, filled with liquorice, sour cherries, wood. Also a very strange smell that i can only describe as the smell of glue which is prominent in the nose.
In the mouth, velvety textured with a high acidity. Again liquorice combined with sour cherries covered with dark chocolat. A long aftertaste filled with dark fruit but maybe lacking some complexity.
A solid bottle of port which I liked more than the 1994 Quinta do Passadouro I drank recently. 89points
