The IVDP is co-hosting several Port seminars later this month. Here are some details. I hope some of you can make these. One is a Port and Cheese seminar and the others are just Port seminars.
Port & Cheese: A Guided Tour of the World of Port
Tuesday, May 20th 6:30-8:30pm
The Port and Douro Wine Institute will co-host with the Artisanal Cheese Center a special Port tutorial. In this rare opportunity, attendees can join Port expert Peter Cobb in exploring the fascinating subtleties of Port wines, whilst experiencing some of the delicious Port and cheese pairings created by fromager Waldermar Albrecht. Discover the uniqueness of these wines produced in one of the world’s most stunning – and challenging - wine terroirs. Find out how best to pair Port and Cheese.
