No time for decating this one as we arrived at our destination a bit later than expected and the decision to open it was last minute. A bit paler than I expected for a 1995, only a medium dark ruby. Still young and primary on the nose, but it smelled a bit stewed. The palate also show some slight stewed fruit and I think this was a little heat damaged somewhere along its relatively short life. Other than that, it was medium bodied and with moderate tannins and a decent medium finish. I would have to revist this from a different bottle to score it as I am quite sure this is a heat damaged bottle. This was not from my cellar and I think it got hot during a move at one time or another. N/R
