Very dark color with some ruby rim. Big nose of dried cherries and smoke. Hit with big fruit and seems like it's about to get too heavy...and then great acid comes in and lifts and refreshes the palate. Long endless, dusty finish with very fine tannins. This is one port you can drink and the alcohol is totally in check. This is as good or better than many producers Vintage Port. An awesome LBV! 92 points.
