I'm not sure I follow you here. But if you want to send someone a Private Message (PM) about a specific post they made, on that specific post click the PM icon to the right. That should attach that post to the body of the PM.

I thought (and hoped) Carlos meant how to quote something from another post when posting a reply. I can't seem to do it. All I see is "[quote]#&.....

If your replying to a thread, just click the "QUOTE" Icon in the upper right corner. Or you can copy and paste it directly to the post you want. Then highlight the text and click the "quote" button in the tool bar (it's between the underline and "code" bottons).
