Blind tasting at Roy's, 1 of 8
Dark red color. The nose is spicy with cinnamon and red fruits. On the palate there is moderate acids, medium body with firm tannins. Fairly big structure. Dryish tannic finish. Seems like this should age another 5 to 10 years before drinking at peak.

I really liked this VP and especially the chocolate nuance which added complexity. Very enjoyable and I never would have guessed that I'd prefer this side-by-side with the Graham's '80.
