Another of these winter NV's I have been trying. This has a sweet meat, mince meat beef , lamb with mint jelly nose. I know that sounds wine geeky, but it is what I smell. The entry is smooth with lots of nutmeg, cinnamon. allspice , cloves spice. A really big mid-palte coating the roof of he mouth.Nice finsh. Lots of ripe dark berry fruit. Moderate heat. Classic Taylor.
