1980 Gould Campbell Porto Vintage
milk chocolate/snickers bar, nutty raspberries, cinnamon, plums & after extended air time, tomato juice. this is drinking well right now and at $35, stock up as an everyday drinker.

Outside of the tomato juice this sounds pretty great. I'd like to drink a 29 year old Vintage Port that is like a Snicker's bar! :clap:

I think I actually know what you mean by "tomato juice" Michael... I can picture it in several Ports that I've had in the last couple of months.

Sounds like a really good deal at $35!

the chicago wine company has/had these. yes, at $35 and almost 30 years old, these are to be bought and drunk at will! :winepour: :yumyum:
the tomato aspect was picked up by a few others at the table as well and yes, we didn't really know where it was coming from... :stupid: :wink:
