What is the likelihood that the 1827 Boal actually is Quinta do Serrado?

Although I feel the price is a very good one and typically about $100 less than this sells for, I don't have any doubt that it is the QdS bottling. They're scarce, but still quite visible amongst collectors. I was at a friend's place on Saturday and he had two empties of this sitting on a shelf. Granted he is a serious Madeira fan but still. I've seen lots of the 1827. That said, putting out $800, I'd ask to see photos of the capsule/cork/fill and painting on the bottle.
