I love the sardine, and the canned tuna, from Portugal. Don't know if I'd call them nature's candy though. I think the Portugese figs would fit that bill!

Yes, better than fish or even Madeira's Bolo de Mel cake ... neither of which may be the best examples, but are delish anyway.

Take a look in the local supermarked.. Norwegian sardines, much better...
