CONDITIONS of SALE and SHIPPING COSTS:
1. Buyer warrants buyer is 21 years of age.
2. All wine is sold "as is".
3. Buyer is responsible for adherence to all interstate and international shipping laws.
Buyer is taking title to the wine in California and shipping to himself. Buyer assumes
all responsibility for loss, damage and seizure during shipping, including heat
damage. Buyer is responsible for all tariffs, duties and broker fees.
4. Ground shipping from California is $15/first bottle, $25/two, $28/three plus $2
for each bottle up to $45/case. Magnums by ground are $28/first bottle, $38/two,
$448/three, up to 64/six. Two day and three day air are approxiamtely 110% and
100% more than ground.
5. All wine is subject to remaining unsold. Invoices not paid within seven days are
subject o cancelation.
