Decant: Not Known - Bottled 2007. Distinct pale orange with still a hint of rose from the original red grapes. Delicate nose of brown sugar and Rum 'n' Raisin fudge. Thick and sweet in the mouth bringing many layers of dates, prunes, almonds and marmalade oranges. Unctious and delicious, very complex but with a beautiful balancing acidity. Huge length with lovely development on the aftertaste - an aftertaste dominated by dried cranberries and brown sugar. A very, very impressive wine offering extremely good value for money at £20 a bottle. 94 points
