Decant: 2½ hours - First bottle was corked. A young looking wine, deep in colour with an opaque centre and a deeply coloured rim. Chocolate, cherries and damsons on the nose. Silky in texture, young and tannic structure supporting a massive wine with a huge amount going on. Blueberry juice everywhere. Soft and fruity afetrtaste with plenty of soft chocolate and a good length. The wine of the night. 93 points
