Decant: 12 hours - Very light colour, the colour of burnt sugar dissolved in water. Slightly hot on the nose, more hollow than the previous 3 vintages shown. Dry in the mouth, with simple fruit and a characteristic rose perfume essence. Hot aftertaste, showing little except sugary sweetness. Drinkable port, but not as strong as the '57 or '58. 84 points
