Decant: Just Opened - Darker colour than the Romaneira 1998 colheita tasted alongside this wine, colour holding into the rim. Strong nose of gum and raisins. Sweet entry, the acidic structure is there but not "in your face". Still quite fruity, fresh grapefruit with brown sugar. Less sweet than the Romaneira. Length is good, soft, gentle and long. 92 points
