TN: 2007 Taylor Vintage Port

Decant: 2 hours - Deeply crimson in colour, but with a centre that was just transparent. Again a nose with green leaves all over it, closed and quite difficult to coax anyuthing out of the glass, but what does come out is pleasant ripe fruit. Very silky texture on entry, but always witht he big tannins hiding behind the layers of fruit. The aftertaste is generous and mouthfilling, full of layers of flavour. A good port, but not quite as good as the Fonseca. 91-93 points
