Decant: 24 hours - Mid shoulder fill and rewaxed. Light brown in colour, looking aged. Sharp and spirity on the nose, with some attractive treacle tones. Very tertiary in the mouth, with little fruit but some pleasing acidity and brown sugar flavours. Short but pleasant aftertaste. At its best around 24 hours after decanting. 81 points
