1994 Quinta do Crasto Reserva Old Vines Douro
Served blind. I was amazed at young this still showed. Still possessing powerful fruit, good tannins, and an amazingly long finish. I would have never guessed this to be the first vintage of this wine, and at 16 years old is holding up remarkably well.
