Tasted with Master Blender Fernando Oliveira at C.N. Kopke in Vila Nova de Gaia on 04-OCT-2010 as part of the 2010 Port Harvest Tour.
Part of the flight that became known as "wines that don't suck." All were outstanding.

bottled 2010
Dark tawny. Oak, walnuts, and vanilla on the nose. Sweet but powerful entry into the mouth. Bold round fruits, brown sugar. Very slightly low on citrus, otherwise great.
Score: 94+ points. Many people had this as their Port of the visit. I had it 3rd behind 2 of its flight-mates.
