These 500ML bottles really go fast!
Bottled 2005. Purchased from Mills Fine Wine in Annapolis, Maryland ($144)
Typical aged tawny golden brown color, with some fading at the rim. Aroma of caramel, brown sugar.
Tastes: Starts with caramel and orange peel, transitioning to toasted pecans. Finishes with a hint of vanilla.
Another great Colheita from Delaforce, after the 1965 that I had a few months ago.
Overall score: 93 points

Next you need to find a bottle of Delaforce 1944. That is your mission! ![Newbie [imnewhere.gif]](./images/smilies/imnewhere.gif)

Well, I started out with 1986, then 1979, then 1965 and just had the 1952. So I am moving in the right direction.Roy Hersh wrote:Next you need to find a bottle of Delaforce 1944. That is your mission!
The 1944 seems to be a little harder to find, though. Anyway, mission accepted!
