While this was a tough vintage for most Douro wines, this bottle is obviously one of those exceptions. There is plenty of balanced and approachable fruit, minerality, soft tannins, and and a long lingering finish. This over-achieves for it's sub $20 retail price and is a great QPR. This is my last bottle and I need to get more of this for sure.
