2007 Quinta do Vale Meao Douro red
Have had three bottles, all part of three differant dinners, and it is getting better and better.
Will buy more in Denmark in two weeks time.

Same here, but the Meandro bottling. Not a big time player like Rune [notworthy.gif]

My local Costco has it $20. Very floral and really speaks of Douro wine. For me, it's the new benchmark for Douro wines at that price point.

The only new-to-me Portuguese still wine that I've had so far this year is... Oscar's 2009!

It's very different than the 2008, which was more rustic and old-world. The 2009 is more modern and a bit more fruity. Both a great values!

For me it was the 2009 Dona Paterna Alvarinho, and I don't normally drink a whole lot of white.
