Made from 60% Rabigato and 40% Codega do Larinho by winemaker Francisco Olazabal. Initally a strong unpleasant nose that completely blew off after about 1/2 hour. This has acidity, lots of acidity, pineapple, glycerin, and a sharp spice. Over time this became more and more Chablis like and would pair very well with Oysters or other shell fish. This probably won't be everyone's cup-of-tea, but I liked it.
