TN: 2008 Quinta do Passadouro Douro red

Post by Rune EG »

Decanted 1.5 hrs. Dark red colour with a light rim. Subdued fresh berry aroma with a hint of oak. Elegant, smooth, limited tannins. Medium to full body. Long finish. This is the type of red wine that can be easy drinking but also for meals. And also value for money! 90 pts.

Always nice when you find good bottles at a good price. Just curious, what does this sell for in your area?

Here in Norway it is being sold at price USD 27.
In Denmark, where the taxes are lower, the price is USD 22.
